The Goal
The charity organisation "Empathy and Hope" has set itself the goal of supporting people in need, especially in material terms, and also to assist those affected in their difficult life situations through other charitable projects. These effective projects are realised by people who no longer want to stand by and watch the need but want to act by donating and/or volunteering to help.

The lives of people in need have shaped me a lot in the course of my time. For years I have been visiting places in Romania where people - adults as well as children - live in poor and deplorable conditions. Therefore, I am willing to put an end to the misery of many young people and children in Romania and I am grateful for every person who is willing to help in any way.

Over 17 years ago, I moved to Gogosu to start a missionary work and established a small Protestant church. Until now, I acted as a contact person on the ground, provided insights into the daily life of the people and thus made the suffering in Romania more comprehensible.
